Actually, reena_shah is correct here. All you have to do to see if 'I' or 'me' should be used in the sentence is take out the words "my cousin and". The sentence becomes "Today, my 12 year old sister caught i looking...", which doesn't make any sense; however, "Today, my 12 year old sister caught me looking..." does make sense.
