woah people chill out. props to you for watching the movie, i think its great when people are interested in our culture instead of stereotyping us! although. . . . essentially this website hinges on stereotypes. Also, this conversation should be about the movie - WHICH WAS AWESOME. i'm going off to college next year and of course my mom thought it was the worst movie for me to watch before college :/ Haha we got the subtitleless version as well. . .unfortunately, i don't understand hindi so the only line i fully grasped was "Life is a race, you gotta run fast otherwise you will be like a broken unda." Great movie, I think all college deans should see it. I agree with #12, it's dumbshits like #4, #5, #8, and #10 that continue to give desis such a bad name. And we all wonder why there is so much backlash against desis online, in everyday life, etc?
